Hello Dave,

Just wanted to get your advice on something.  Ever since I changed my strings to 11s, Ive been having HUGE tuning issues with the G string which leads me to believe that the nut was cut to optimally work with 10s or lower?

Would like your thoughts on this. Would I need to take the nut to get recut for bigger strings?

Thanks

JJ

Hey PT Gold,
Yep,....sounds like the strings are getting bound up in the nut. The slots may need to be widened to accept the heavier gauge.
